We sent one of our Agilent i guess now Keysight MSOX3024A InfiniiVision scope in for repair and I was actually very surprised with the knowledge and expertise with Allen Industries. Don’t get me wrong the process was slow but very meticulous. I received the scope in excellent shape with NIST calibration documents for my ISO-9000 program which is mandatory.
