    Our Infiniium oscilloscope stopped functioning altogether. It would power up and load then frozen. I sent it in for evaluation, and they quickly sent me a quote. I approved as soon as I could and told them I need it returned as soon as possible. I received our oscilloscope a week later. Very satisfied.
